I chose Marley because she sold a friend's house a few years ago and I was impressed by her knowledge and efficiency. She came to my house, estimated a value significantly higher than 2 other realtors and made it VERY clear that to get that price, significant updating would be required. She specified the changes, colors, contractors, stager etc. and checked frequently to make sure I was following instructions-which I did, to the letter, even though I hardly recognized my home after the work was done. It cost me nearly $50,000 and took three months to meet her requirements. After ensuring that the changes had been made to her satisfaction, she put the house on the market (she produced a fantastic drone video of the property). It sold on the first day slightly over the asking price and nearly $250,000 more than the other 2 realtors had estimated. Marley is knowledgeable, professional, determined and focused while being very pleasant to work with and often very amusing.
