We received Marley’s name from a friend. We were living overseas and had decided to return to the USA after some 20 years abroad. Marley responded instantly and assisted in making the whole process of choosing a new house fun. We did not know Williamsburg , but she helped us find a temporary rental apartment in order to do our first search of the area. Marley, and her daughter Christy, really introduced us to the area! We spent two weeks looking at houses in the area, being introduced to interesting people, learning about The Williamsburg live. We returned later in the year and , once again, Marley and Christy, were superb and we continued to look and FIND a house, never what you originally had in mind, but what we decided was good for us! Marley and Christy helped us through the negotiations, most importantly the inspection, and the contacts for the work we wanted done! The process was never tense , no stress, and always positive. Through Marley and Christy we gave already been included in social events -and meet people around The Williamsburg area. A great way to move into a totally new environment!!

There are not enough words or space here to clearly articulate how MUCH we adored working with Christy!! We started our quest for a new home in Williamsburg (from out of state) WAY ahead of time (18-months) and reached out many local realtors, but Christy was the only one who helped us beginning that far back. She listened carefully to our 'wish' list, and chose homes that matched it. Christy sent us weekly lists of potential homes - even though we were not ready to buy a home yet, but we wanted to see what types of homes might be in various neighborhoods. Ms. Numbers Bossman met us in person a year prior to our moving to VA to show us around Williamsburg and took us through different areas /neighborhoods. She is competent, friendly, on task, and attentive to our wants. Ten months before we were to move to Williamsburg, we had chosen a dozen neighborhoods we liked, but one was above all others (and, sadly, no houses had been on the market in that area for a few years). Fast forward to our being ready to buy a home, and Christy showed us beautiful homes that clearly matched our wish list. On the biggest day of seeing homes, Christy showed us five houses, two of which were in the neighborhood we desired, and we offered on one that day, moving in 30 days later What people do not tell you about Real Estate - is that the Agent you want is the one that works harder once a house is chosen. Christy is in her element in this aspect! She was with us every step of the way, helping, explaining, being present and navigating all the aspects of buying a new home with ease. She was available, so helpful, and has amazing resources and contacts to help out with every facet of buying and owning a new home We are so very delighted to know Christy, and have her be at the helm at such an important part of our lives, and consider her a good friend Please choose a real estate agent wisely, the person who sells the most houses may not be the best fit for your needs. With Christy, we mattered. She was always available and accessible for our thoughts, needs and challenges. Christy made our dream a reality, and she did it with grace, professionalism and humor. Marley and her daughter, Christy, sold our home in Williamsburg this May 2019. We were very impressed with how they marketed our home.
