I found Marley to be an exceptional agent. She assisted in the sale of my horse farm and the purchase of a single-family retirement home. She provided strong leadership in both instances. In the case of my farm, Marley waited a month before actually placing the property in MLS to insure the property was well mulched, the grass was green, and the trees were leaved out before listing photos were taken and a video was made of the property. The results were outstanding. Not only were the photos and the video exceptional the property sold in eight days for a full price cash offer with no contingences. Marley was directly involved with which photos were taken and used. Marley personally directed the production of the outstanding video which garnered interest in the property as far away as California and Utah.
